Speedmaster Dark Side Of The Moon Black Ceramic Watch, 44.25mm

Honoring Omega's legacy of space exploration, this Speedmaster Dark Side of the Moon features a 44.25 mm case in polished-brushed black ceramic. The polished bezel is also made from black ceramic and includes a tachymeter scale in Liquidmetal™. Beneath the front sapphire crystal, the laser sand-blasted ceramic dial features a small-seconds display at 9 o’clock and a 60-minute and 12-hour recorder at 3 o’clock.

The hour and minute hands, along with the beveled indexes, are blackened and filled with black Super-LumiNova for a green glow in low light. A red varnished central chronograph hand provides a striking contrast against the monochromatic design.

Visible through the sapphire crystal caseback, Omega’s manual-winding Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 9908 features a special “black edition” finish with a matte-blackened main plate, bridges, and black varnished engravings. The watch is paired with a black rubber strap featuring a lunar surface pattern on the underside, a ceramic foldover clasp, and ceramized titanium frame-spring folders.
