A new creation pays homage to the fan-favorite 1980s watch once known as the Seiko Rotocall. The new model is based on a classic digital watch design from 1982 known as the Rotocall. This iconic creation featured a distinctive octagonal rotary switch that revolutionized the way users changed modes by simply rotating the bezel. The unique design, along with its popularity among astronauts, contributed to this model’s strong international recognition.
Reimagined with modern technology while retaining the distinctive character of the original, this timepiece features a digital display housed within a compact stainless steel case. The signature rotating bezel remains central to the design, allowing users to interact with the watch in a way that recalls the innovative spirit of the original Rotocall. The black and yellow color combination adds a bold, sporty character to the retro-inspired design.
Powered by Seiko’s Caliber A824 quartz movement with an approximate battery life of three years, the watch combines vintage-inspired design with reliable everyday functionality. The stainless steel bracelet is finished with a three-fold clasp with push-button release, while 10-bar water resistance provides added practicality for daily wear.
