Celebrating Seiko’s 145th anniversary with the signature “Seiko Blue” and white color motif representing the company’s continuing innovation, this stunning limited edition is available only in a controlled production run of 800, with the serial number engraved on each caseback.
Inspired by the King Seiko VANAC models from the 1970s with a bold case design and sharp, prominent form, the creation reflects Tokyo’s endless horizon. The vibrant silvery white dial features a horizontal pattern and a three-dimensional dial ring, while the blue V-shaped 12 o’clock index and second-hand counterweight symbolize the VANAC design.
The specially engineered, hand-assembled 35-jewel 8L45 movement beats at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour with a power reserve of approximately 72 hours, providing enhanced accuracy for precise timekeeping. The watch is topped with a box-shaped sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on the inner surface and features a screw-down, see-through caseback offering a view of the finely finished movement. The crown is adorned with the King Seiko crest.
Crafted of stainless steel with a combination of mirror and hairline finishing characteristic of the original King Seiko models, this exceptional timepiece includes a bracelet with two levers on the endpiece for easy removal and a deployment clasp with push-button release.
