Based on historical models reflecting Seiko’s significant milestones, the new 60th-anniversary limited editions demonstrates how the Seiko diver’s watch has evolved in both functionality and design. The wave mark, a symbol of the Seiko diver’s watch, is a testament to high reliability and exceptional technology. This mark is engraved on the case backs of all Seiko diver’s watches. Inspired by the wave mark, a dynamic, embossed pattern reminiscent of the rough sea is applied to the dial. Its powerful design captures the force of crashing whitecaps. The silver-dialed model pays homage to Seiko’s first diver’s watch from 1965. The bezel features a refined gray color, enhancing the sense of unity with the case and elevating the luxurious quality of the design. An updated clasp, which allows a 15mm adjustment range, can be easily extended or shortened in six 2.5mm increments by pressing side buttons. This ensures a comfortable fit, adapting to changes in wrist size caused by diving pressure or the weather.
